How did you get to be event planners?
Monica: I started to organize events for the United Nations Development Program in South America after I finished my Psychology degree. After making aliya I worked in conference organization and handling of international conference speakers and delegations at one of Israel’s major newspapers. There I became an expert at event organizing, working with people from all over the world, and at the same time, was exposed to the best Israeli suppliers from the industry (catering, décor, logistics, etc.).
Tsachi: I started organizng private parties at a very young age until I became the producer of the most important business conferences in Israel eight years ago. I always enjoyed selecting the best professionals from the different fields involved in major events and seeing how, after months of work, it all comes together perfectly on the day of the event.
After almost 10 years of organizing corporate and private events alike for numerous companies both in South America and in Israel, we decided to use our skills to best serve couples and families from abroad or those who have made aliya, to celebrate weddings, bar & bat mitzvahs and other social events in Israel.
Can you tell me how you’re different from all the other event planners out there?
Monica: I’ve have been there, I’ve had to overcome all the difficulties of organizing events in a country that was somehow new to me and to everything I knew. I know how to connect with people from totally different backgrounds, with different tastes and styles.
Tsachi: I’ve been in the industry for over 10 years. I know the mentality, master the language and have all the personal and professional connections that can guarantee you an event of the highest standards.
